I'm always on the look out for interesting and good quality toys for the children so I was delighted when I was asked to review a toy from the beautiful Custard & Crumble site. This online store, which is owned by a local Hertfordshire Mummy, offers a range of stunning nursery furniture, decor, toys and gifts. As a mother herself Rachel clearly has an eye for some great designs and knows the type of products that will appeal to both mothers and children.
Custard & Crumble is a very well thought out site. It's easy to browse and find what you want and there is even a very convenient gift list section. I thought this was a great idea and perfect for when you have a new baby or a Christening as you can make sure all the presents co-ordinate, and that they are things that you will really want and make use of.
Now as anyone who knows me will be aware my little boy is a very very big fan of cars. In fact if it's not a car he is just not interested. So it was extremely lucky that we were given a glorious Baghera racing car to test out as this really was his dream come true.
The children pounced on it as soon as it came through the door and haven't been off it since. I usually find that when they get new toys they tend to be a bit of a one day wonder but they have really used this toy every day. It has been suitable for a 2 year old and a 4 year old and is extremely well made - they can even ride on it together. My husband loves it too and is tiny bit jealous that he is slightly too large to have a go!
We were all really impressed with the Baghera as it was a great practical toy as well as looking stunning.
