January 2015
will mark the beginning of a farming revolution across Britain for 23
eco-conscious farms.
The farms
have signed up to the new program created by AB InBev aimed at reducing the environmental
footprint created when brewing the likes Stella Artois and Budweiser.
The UK
farmers chosen across the country will have access to AB InBev’s SmartBarley℠tool
that enables farmers to measure their own barley production against that of
other farms.
AB InBev
claims that the UK project will help them achieve their shared goals of natural
resource efficiency and productivity whilst building stronger relationships
with British farmers.
